Discover America: San Francisco

As World's Mrs. Tourism Mikell Reed Carroll promotes tourism worldwide and and works to promote her own personal community service platform of Preventing Heart Disease in Women.  She is a volunteer and official Ambassador with the American Heart Association and recently received the President's Volunteer Service Medal for her work to prevent heart disease.  In addition, she was featured in a heart health issue of Better Homes and Gardens magazine and invited by the White House to attend the United State of Women Summit in Washington DC in 2016 for her work as an advocate for women's health.
