Online Story Time: Story Time From Space

The astronaut Christina Koch reads ''Hey-Ho to Mars We’ll Go'', a book by Susan Lendroth.

Set to the tune of “The Farmer in the Dell,” this musical mission to Mars follows five ''adorable, bobble-headed astronauts as they learn how to bathe in zero gravity, grow veggies in space, and entertain themselves on the six-month trip.'' 
The design of the book defies gravity, as the text and the art float free on the page, 



Christine has returned to Earth and has set the record for the longest amount of continuous time spent in space by a woman: 328 days, 13 hours, and 58 minutes! Her extended mission is now being used to study the effects of long-term space travel on women.
