Two Black Women: Nikki Giovanni and Maya Angelou

The talk dedicated to Nikki Giovanni & Maya Angelou will present the history behind the two of the most important Black Women in American literature. The talk will explore how these women either changed or influenced society through their word and voice. The reading and discussion of poems from both authors will follow the presentation.
